Santosh Subedi

I work on core engineering infrastructure and on scaling AI products. Distributed backends, secured device fleets, and real-time messaging, with the retrieval and agent systems built on top of them. Right now I am founding engineer at Rayu.ai, building grounded AI over personal health data, and consultant CTO at All In One Tech.

Six years designing platforms that stay up in production, for companies in Nepal, Denmark, and the UK. I own systems from the domain model and the architecture through to the servers they run on, and I write the important decisions down before the code exists.

    • Own the platform architecture and infrastructure, and set the roadmap as all-attend grows into more schools and enterprises.

    Delivered 4+ production applications, all fully internationalized in Danish and English, for B2B clients across Europe.

    • Architected a real-time monitoring platform with MQTT/WebSocket communication, inventory tracking, and role-based access control.
    • Built a multi-tenant employee-benefits system: company admin portals, employee storefronts, and a seasonal gift shop with credit-based purchasing.
    • Developed payment processing with 3-D Secure, dynamic pricing rules, discount engines, and product configurators for 12+ print products.

    • Ran cloud deployments on AWS with Docker, and real-time messaging over MQTT and RabbitMQ.
